Tilvo and all related Services are owned and operated by:

("Innovisiontek", "we", "us", "our")

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Tilvo product, Site, and Services — including but not limited to the software, code, architecture, design, branding, and content — are the exclusive property of Innovisiontek LLP, except where otherwise noted.

3. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all materials made available through Tilvo and the Site are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Application source code and backend logic
• UI/UX design, layouts, and components
• Text, copy, documentation, and marketing content
• Graphics, icons, logos, and visual assets
• Audio, voice flows, and interaction patterns
• Databases, data models, and internal tooling

No part of the Tilvo product, Site, or Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Innovisiontek LLP, except where such use is explicitly allowed by law or by a written license agreement from us.

4. Trademarks & Brand

Tilvo, Tilvo.tech, the Tilvo logo, and any associated product or feature names (including voice assistant names, taglines, and marks) are trademarks or service marks of Innovisiontek LLP.

Other names, logos, and brands appearing in the product or Site are the property of their respective owners and may be trademarks of those owners.

You may not use any Tilvo or Innovisiontek trademarks, logos, or branding:

• In a way that is likely to cause confusion
• To imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our express written consent
• In any meta tags, domain names, or advertising that misleads users

5. Software & Open Source Components

Tilvo is built using modern frameworks, libraries, and third-party services (including but not limited to Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other tools and APIs).

Some components may be licensed under separate open source licenses. Those components remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their respective license terms.

Nothing in this page transfers ownership of any third-party intellectual property to you or to Innovisiontek LLP beyond the rights granted by those licenses.

If you are provided with access to any Tilvo source code (for example, under a specific license such as MIT or another open source license), your rights to that code are governed strictly by the license text accompanying that code, not by this legal notice.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to any Terms of Service or license agreements you enter into with us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Tilvo and the Site for your personal or internal business use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Tilvo, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access controls.
• Use Tilvo to build a competing product or service that is substantially similar in functionality or design.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit Tilvo except as explicitly allowed in a written agreement with us.

7. User Content

If you upload, create, or store content in Tilvo (such as tasks, notes, events, files, or bookmarks), you retain ownership of your content.

By using Tilvo, you grant Innovisiontek LLP a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to:

• Deliver the Tilvo Services to you
• Maintain and improve our product
• Comply with legal and security obligations

We do not claim ownership of your personal data or your own content.

8. Third-Party Services

Tilvo integrates with various third-party services and APIs (for example, authentication providers, AI models, email services, analytics tools, or voice services).

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Innovisiontek LLP is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. No Transfer of Ownership

Your use of Tilvo and our Site does not grant you any ownership rights in:

• The Tilvo product or Services
• The underlying code or infrastructure
• Our trademarks or branding
• Any intellectual property owned by Innovisiontek LLP or our licensors

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Innovisiontek LLP.

10. Changes to This Notice

Innovisiontek LLP may update or modify this legal notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of Tilvo or the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated notice.
