• Voice-powered AI assistant (Juno)
• Focus Mode for deep work sessions
• Natural language processing and AI automation

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Tilvo (tasks, notes, etc.). You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Tilvo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI and Voice Features

When using AI and voice features:

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not permanently stored
• AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs
• We use third-party services (OpenAI, Deepgram) for processing
• Usage is subject to fair use policies and rate limits

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and implement industry-standard security measures.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
